My foundation in finance—and six early years at the central bank—shaped a lasting respect for strong controls, disciplined processes, accountability and reliable information.
Across accounting, finance and consulting, I saw that many reporting or compliance problems begin further upstream: in fragmented information, manual workflows, unclear responsibilities or processes that have outgrown the organisation.
That shifted the question from simply “What happened?” to “Why does this happen, and how can we make it work better?” Process improvement, automation and technology became natural additions to an expanding problem-solving toolkit.
